After having 3 children of my own, I found it difficult to find a suitable Personal Trainer in the Western Suburbs of Perth - so I decided to become a Coach myself, so I could help others similar to me.
My passion is to empower my clients to be strong, healthy and confident. We welcome all ages and abilities at our boutique performance studio in Nedlands.
We encourage my Tribe Members to focus on a strength-based goal, rather than focussing on a weight loss goal.
Your goal may be to run 5km, perform a push-up on your toes or to be able to run around with your children!
After an initial movement screening process and health assessment, a program is tailored specifically to suit your requirements.
Specialising in Women's Health (pre and post-natal, menopausal, etc), Strength & Conditioning, as well as functional movement (both males and females), using the education from a very experienced and well-respected Allied Health Professional.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits can be difficult. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that you can balance parenthood, a career and family, whilst maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
